Cyberglue Software has been developing advanced web-based business systems since 1998, and was a pioneer in web content management in New Zealand. In 2005, we were awarded a Technology Commendation Award from the Foundation for Research, Science and Technology (one of 4 granted that year) for our innovative Emergency Management Software, eAlert. In 2005, we also released MemberConnex, a member relationship management system (MRM) for small to large membership organisations, and this has been our sole focus since then.
We have deployed membership systems for more than 100 membership organisations, and currently our customers manage over 1 million people and 270,000 companies.
MemberConnex is deployed as a SaaS (Software as a Service) offering. It is a richly featured system, covering the multitude of services that membership organisations provide their members, and generally does not require any customisation. We deploy MemberConnex within 24 hours of project kick-off, and host it in a secure data centre in Auckland.
Cyberglue has a small but dedicated staff, based in Auckland. We've been delivering amazing software and service since 1998, and love getting great results for our customers. We work hard to provide long-term value, and we are proud that our very first customer from 1998 is still with us today.
